Student starts viral trend after she stops to clean Trump’s Hollywood star

A 20-year old US student stopped and cleaned US President Donald Trump’s Hollywood star of vulgarities before posting an image of her with the iconic tile for social media, and unknowingly starting a viral trend, UK’s The Telegraph reported.

Makenna Greenwald was walking on Hollywood’s walk of fame when she noticed Trump’s star defaced, so she took it upon herself to clean it up and tweet: “Stopped to clean @realDonaldTrump Hollywood Star. Nothing but respect for MY President. #RaisedRight”.

Trump’s supporters, who praised her civic-minded attitude, immediately lauded the student’s efforts.

The tweet went viral on Twitter and before you knew it, hundreds have begun copying Greenwald with other Hollywood Stars – from talk show host Ellen DeGeneres to fictional animated movie ogre Shrek.
