Girl strangled to death by her scarf while playing with bike in Ras Al Khaimah

A 10-year-old girl was strangled to death by her head scarf when, it got tangled under the wheel of her speeding bike in Al Tawain area, in the UAE.

The Emirati girl, who was still in fifth grade, was riding her bike in front of her house when her scarf fell and got caught in the wheel while playing outside in her neighborhood, reported Khaleej Times.

The girl’s siblings screamed to warn their father who failed to rescue her on time after many trials.

The victim was rushed to Khalifa Specialty Hospital in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah to receive medical support.

The little girl was immediately admitted to the IC unit, but it was too late.
