Diplomatic Avenue: UN envoy Griffiths says Yemen talks expected late November

UN envoy Martin Griffiths talks to Al Arabiya’s New York Bureau Chief Talal al-Haj about the achievements of the United Nations in its efforts to resolve the Yemeni crisis. Griffith stressed the need to reform the Yemeni economy, praising in this regard the efforts made by Saudi Arabia and the financial assistance it has provided. Griffith also praised the UAE's economic assistance in this regard.
Griffith talked about his visit to Washington and his request to support the US administration in its efforts to resolve the Yemeni crisis and revealed details about talks between the Yemeni government and the Houthi militias, which should take place in Geneva or Vienna a place at the end of November.
