Anyone holding a Jordanian passport and a national number is a Jordanian citizen with rights and duties.” He describes the heavy economic burden due to the huge number of refugees in Jordan. “If Jordan does not stop the flow of refugees, the international community will have to provide the necessary assistance,” he says.
