Recalling Saudi terror attacks from 12 years ago

Published: Updated:

Within a timeframe of 12 years, Saudi security forces succeeded in combating terrorism and stemming terrorists in events likely contextualized in two different scenes one in Dammam city in 2005 and the other one in 2017 which occurred in the capital, Riyadh.

The latest have been documented by a Saudi woman, who captured the unfolding events from her window, when the valor security agents managed in neutralizing two wanted terrorists before shooting them dead in the residential suburb of al Yasmin, in Riyadh, last week.

The scene is a resemblance of a similar confrontation that happened 12 years ago in Bandh al Azizyah in Dammam in 2005, when a police patrol exchanged fire with two terrorists, killing one and injuring the other, who managed to escape to be arrested later.
