Published: Updated:

ISIS militants killed and burned seven Coptic Christians in the town of el-Arish, northern Sinai, in a spate of killing that spread fears and promoted Christian families to flee from the area.

Eyewitnesses told Al Arabiya: “Around 40 Coptic families fled to al Ismailiah city from north Sinai on Friday for fear of being targeted next.”

Coptic families called to secure a safe passage to flee the city and to safe guard their assets till they return back after ISIS is pushed out of the area.
