All eyes will be on Riyadh as United States Donald Trump marks his first official foreign visit to Saudi Arabia on Saturday.
A packed two-day schedule on May 20 and 21 reveals multiple events both political and cultural as 55 other countries descend to Riyadh for what analysts say will be “game-changing dialogue and exchange”.
Before Trump attends a Saudi-US and then GCC summit on Sunday, the US president is poised to visit cultural centers and oversee a Saudi-US CEO business forum on Saturday.
He will then give a speech on the Islamic faith during a summit that will see leaders of the world’s Islamic nations to address ways of building more robust and effective security partnerships to counter and prevent the growing threat of terrorism and violent extremism.
