From Belgium, Germany and Lebanon, according to authorities.
The General Presidency for the Holy Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque are tasked with the management of cleanliness and mattresses of the Grand Mosque, who directly supervise the taking care of the carpets in full details.
In addition, the carpets are also periodically changed five times a year.
