Kanye West fans mocked for labeling Paul McCartney ‘unknown’
The two musicians recently collaborated on a single “Only One,” a love song
Kanye West fans have been mocked by social media users for failing to realize who The Beatles’ Paul McCartney is after they posted a series of comments thanking the rapper for apparently introducing the British musician to the world.
“I don't know who Paul McCartney is, but Kanye is going to give this man a career w/ this new song!!” wrote one West fan, who presumably has not heard of pioneering British band The Beatles, of which McCartney was a member.
The two musicians recently collaborated on a single “Only One,” a love song dedicated to West’s daughter with Kim Kardashian.
West fans posted comments online, tagging McCartney an “unknown artist.”
I don't know who Paul McCartney is, but Kanye is going to give this man a career w/ this new song!!

Meanwhile, other social media users raised eyebrows.
