‘Despacito’ singer visits the Giza pyramids, concludes first concert in Egypt
Puerto Rican artist Luis Fonsi, singer of the world’s most famous song “Despacito” performed on Friday night in Egypt’s North Coast concert.
Earlier in the day, Fonsi visited Egypt’s famed pyramids and shared a photo of himself near the historical sites in Giza on Instagram.
Fonsi later performed along with Lebanese artist Nicole Saba at his first concert in Egypt. Saba sang a selection of her popular songs and took a selfie with Fonsi. She shared photos from the concert and a video of the two of them on her Instagram account.

“Summer Tropical Party” concert was sponsored by Arco, a pioneer in the field of real estate development and the establishment of residential projects and commercial and tourist resorts to mark the anniversary of launching sales of the first phase of the City Stars North Coast project.
According to Al Masry Alyoum, Luis Fonsi thanked his Egyptian fans and sang his song twice upon their request.
