It has been six days of breathtaking performances by pianist and composer Yanni in Saudi Arabia. The experience has been overwhelming for the maestro, which is evident from his tweets.

On Friday Yanni tweeted: “KSA: An amazing culture in the mist of a wondrous change at an incredible rate! So many bright minds, men and women, young and old alike, from all walks of life, who love their country, and can, and will, help this nation rise and take its rightful place in the world!...Yanni”.

Al Arabiya had reported that the excitement was so high leading up to the international artist's concert, that tickets to his four concerts that were scheduled for Nov. 30 and Dec. 1 were sold out within hours after going on sale. The maestro held four concerts in Jeddah and Riyadh under the supervision of the Saudi General Authority for Entertainment.

Yanni expressed his love and gratitude for Saudi Arabia in a series of tweets throughout his stay there. He tweeted: "We are in Dhahran getting ready to leave for show two! I feel emotional, as our journey to KSA is coming to an end. I will miss all of you very much, a lot of new friendships have been developed and we are all very touched! I will see you again very soon! Love…Yanni #vision2030".
