Eighteen-year-old Saudi Arabian singer, Basma al-Otaibi, wowed the audience with her performance at the Miss Arab 2019 Pageant held in the US state of Arizona, becoming the competition’s talent winner on February 1.
Al-Otaibi is a US-based singer who has participated in singing competitions at school and at her local community, performing pop and opera songs.
At just 18, al-Otaibi sang opera professionally at the pageant and her performance garnered over 50,000 views on YouTube in just a couple of days.
The singer has a growing fan base with over 160,000 followers on Instagram, where she updates her profile with her latest original music. She also shares them on her YouTube channel.
