Billionaire Bill Gates’ daughter Jennifer Gates has announced her engagement to young Egyptian millionaire Nayel Nassar after years of dating, according to photos posted on her Instagram account.
“Nayel Nassar, you are one of a kind. Absolutely swept me off my feet this past weekend, surprising me in the most meaningful location over one of our many shared passions. I can’t wait to spend the rest of our lives learning, growing, laughing and loving together. Yes a million times over,” she said on her Instagram post.
According to the Federation Equestre Internationale, in the year 2013, Nassar rode his way to victory in the fourth-annual Zoetis $1 million Grand Prix at HITS Saugerties.
Nassar also had a wealthy upbringing. His parents run an architecture and interior design firm in Kuwait and brought him his first horse at a tender age of 10. He openly admits that he owes a large part of his success to his parents who sent him to Europe to undergo top-notch training.
Apart from being a successful showjumper, Nassar attended Stanford University and is now managing his own training and sales business near San Diego California.
