This is a total body conditioning circuit that incorporates strength and plyometric moves. Giving you a combination of cardio workout and muscle toning to help increase your sluggish metabolism and melt away that Ramadan bulge.

Perform each exercise for 60 seconds, with a 30-second break between each exercises. Complete 3-4 rounds.
