Media communications network Initiative MENA is set to address the progression from television to video in the media world at a seminar being held in Dubai on Thursday.
The seminar, which is part of the Initiative Talks series, is titled “Video is King” and aims to serve as a thought-leadership platform. The seminar will host representatives from blue chip multinational Internet corporations such as Google and Yahoo who will offer insights on the current popularity of digitized videos.
“Video is King is giving an opportunity for global experts to present the best video marketing work from around the world to share their learnings and views on the subject,” said Faysal Zok, Managing Director KSA at Initiative.
Promoted under the tagline #InitiativeTalks,“the Initiative Talks programme covers presentations on digital trends and includes panels with a mix of creative agency workers, video producers, online TV analysts and marketers who discuss how to create engaging videos. This year’s trending topics will address the balance between TV and online video platforms, video measurement and the duplication between TV and online video,” he added.
