In 140 characters or less, Twitter’s CEO Dick Costolo replied at Iranian President Hassan Rowhani’s active tweets over nuke talks, asking if fellow Iranians would get to use Twitter anytime soon.

The tweets were posted from an account widely known as belonging to Rowhani while the president was on his way to speak at the United Nations in New York.

Conservative Iran bans access to Twitter and Facebook. However, the country’s officials, including Rowhani and Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei, regularly use the social media sites.

Iranians however were able to find ways to access blocked websites.
