A photo taken of a photographer going to great lengths to take a picture of Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas has been widely shared online.

The photo, taken by the Associated Press, shows the photographer standing on a window ledge at the newly inaugurated Palestinian embassy to the Holy See at the Vatican on Saturday.

Abbas can be seen standing inside the next window.

The image caused much debate online, with one commenter writing: “A question for debate. Who's [sic] photo is more important! The photo taken by the photographer at the window or the photo of the one who took this photo?!?”
