A video showing a man appearing to steal a car as a woman jumps out of it looking frightened has be shared on social media sites.
The footage, caputered by a survaliance camera, shows the man approaching a parked car and enter’s it. Shortly after, a woman is seen jumping out of the car running away, the the vehicle drives off.
