Spanish media group Prisa has evacuated its headquarters in Madrid after receiving a suspect package, a spokeswoman for the company said on Wednesday, Reuters news agency reported.

The evacuation comes after a deadly shooting in neighboring France by three gunmen at the Paris headquarters of satirical newspaper Charlie Hebdo.

At least 12 people were killed in the shooting, which French President Francois Hollande described as a “terrorist attack.”
