The son of football star David Beckham has been picked to join Arsenal's Under-18 side, UK’s Daily Mail reported Sunday.

On Saturday, Brooklyn Beckham appeared on the bench for the U18’s game against Leicester City.

The announcement comes as the eldest son of the former Manchester United and Real Madrid star had been in impressive form with the Gunners’ U16 squad.

Last week, the 15-year-old shared a video of his accomplishments on his personal Instagram account.

The video shows Brooklyn playing on the right-wing too, just like his father who made 115 appearances for England - more than any other outfield player.

Brooklyn, who is turning 16 in March, is also known for his modelling campaigns.
