A man has become the most famous falafel cook in the Gaza Strip for extracting the deep-fried vegetarian food from boiling oil with his own hands.

People across Gaza come to see how Abu Talal manages to not burn his hands, reported Emirati newspaper al-Bayan.

Falafel is a pan-Arab food made from beans and served with bread, along with several types of sauces.
