Egyptian cook hits TV presenter on air as prank goes out of control
The incident happened after the cook accused the presenter of adding a lot of vinegar in the dish
Egyptian TV host Noha Abdeen was hit by her guest cook after a seemingly harmless prank got out of control.
Abdeen, who added vinegar to the dish to tease her guest, was hit on air by the chef after an argument in which the two ladies exchanged insults.
“Little girl, I swear to god I am going to pull off your hair,” the cook said.
“You are obnoxious,” she added.
In the video, Abdeen is accompanied by Ahmed Mohssen, whose role is to add fuel to the fire.
Mohssen, dutifully fulfilling his role, did not help the presenter by telling the guest to “go ahead, [and pull Abdeen’s hair] no one will stop you.”
The incident occurred during the weekly comedy show “Pepper Hot sauce” (“Felfel Shata”) and was broadcasted on the Egyptian satellite TV channel Al Hayat 2.
