A group of Russian urban climbers have recently continued their extreme sport in Dubai, where photos and footage posted online show them casually perching at the top of Dubai’s tallest towers – all without any safety equipment.

Alexander Remnev, who is one of the daredevils seen in the photographs, describes himself as a student from the Russian capital Moscow. His pictures commonly show him scaling buildings and monuments in cities such as Paris, Volgograd, and Rome.

According to Remnev, climbing up most of the towers in Dubai is a simple process, due to them being relatively accessible .

In February, two Russian urban climbers illicitly scaled the Shanghai Tower in China, the second tallest building in the world behind Dubai’s Burj Khalifa.
