Obama mocked in ‘unmanly’ photo post by Kremlin
The tweet came a few days after the Obama administration joined the EU with a new set of sanctions aimed at Russia
Russia’s deputy prime minister tweeted this week a picture mocking American President Barack Obama's masculinity shortly after the U.S. announced a fresh wave of sanctions against the country.
Dmitry Rogozin, who posted a picture showing Russian President Vladimir Putin holding a leopard alongside a photo of Obama holding a fluffy little white dog, wrote: “We have different values and allies”.

The tweet came only a few days after the Obama administration joined the European Union earlier this week with a new set of sanctions aimed at Russia for its alleged meddling in the Ukraine conflict.
The photo of Putin was taken during the run-up to the Sochi Winter Olympics last year, when he visited endangered Persian leopards, while the Obama picture was reportedly taken while he was running for the Senate.
