The Body Weight Planner is believed to be one of the most scientifically accurate weight calculators around. It is very simple, as all that is needed to be done is plug in the numbers requested such as age, height and current weight, as well as goal weight, and the website will do the rest!
Brought to the people by The National Institute of Health, a small part of the U.S. Department of Health, it has been revealed that the new calculator can guide anyone towards ultimate fitness.
Kevin Hall PHD, a senior investigator at the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases, who created the tool, told the National Institute of Health: “We originally intended the Body Weight Planner as a research tool, but so many people wanted to use it for their own weight management that we knew we needed to adapt it with more information about how to achieve a healthy lifestyle.”
