A Turkish man reportedly shot and killed his friend at an Istanbul restaurant after the victim paid for the meal they had just eaten, a news report has revealed.
According to The Daily Sabah, as soon as they finished the meal, İdris Alakuş argued with his friend, Hasan Erdemir, over who would pay the bill.
Erdemir eventually prevailed and picked up the check, leaving Alakuş fuming as he stormed out of the eatery.
Shortly after, Alakuş returned to the restaurant with a gun and shot Erdemir and two other diners at the table. Erdemir succumbed to his wounds while the other two survived, the news report added.
Alakuş fled the scene but was captured by the police later.
