Riyadh Governor Prince Faisal bin Bandar answers citizen caller directly
Prince Faisal bin Bandar al-Saud was touring Riyadh’s emergency center facilities and observing how municipality officers receive complaints
Riyadh – An unbeknownst Saudi citizen complained directly to the governor of Riyadh while calling to request more speed bumps in front of his residence.
Prince Faisal bin Bandar al-Saud, governor of the Saudi capital since 2015, was touring Riyadh’s emergency center facilities and observing how municipality officers receive complaints over the phone when he decided to answer one call himself.
While not declaring himself, the Saudi prince greeted the caller and took down notes throughout the conversation.
It is not the first time the governor has taken in complaints directly. He reportedly took it upon himself to receive several calls to determine the efficiency of the emergency response of his governorate.
