A women trying to film Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Dubai Ruler, leaving an event went viral after the latter did an unlikely gesture.

As he walked by behind the woman, the ruler flashed his trademark three-fingered salutes.
The Instagram video so far has garnered at least 54,000 views since it was published on Monday.
