A 26-year-old Egyptian fashion model has been crowned “Man of the World” this week at a competition in the Philippines that promotes “masculinity with responsibility.”

“History has been made,” Elezali wrote on Facebook after winning, “Thank you Philippines you make my dream comes true.”

Elezali graduated from the faculty of commerce of the Alexandria University in Egypt where he majored in accounting.

He worked in Dubai for Porsche’s administration department and the Roads and Transport Authority.
