Thousands of ‘ecstasy’ pills shaped like US President Donald Trump’s head were seized on August 19 in Germany.

The narcotic pills were intercepted by the German high way patrol near the city of Osnabrück in the federal state of Lower-Saxony in north-west Germany.

The party drugs were marketed online under the slogan “Trump makes partying great again” as an allusion to his election campaign slogan “Make America Great Again” according to German media reports.

The 5000 pills originated from the Netherlands Osnabrück police said in a media statement.

The suspects carrying the pills were identified as a 51-year-old man and his 17-year-old son and were transporting it to Austria.

Police valued the drugs seized at 39,000 Euros and a judge ordered the two men be remanded in custody.

The drugs are made from a cocktail of drugs including MDMA (methylenedioxy-N-methylamphetamine) which was found at potentially dangerous levels, according to reports.
