In a scene that has come to be expected every year, a video went viral of a young man who found himself in trouble after his car became stuck during floods in the village of al-Mudheeh in the Saudi city of Hail.
The young man found himself in the middle of a flood and was rescued after another driver risked his life to make his way to the other to pull him and the other passengers to safety.
Heavy rainfall has been recorded early Wednesday morning in the eastern areas of Hail city, including the villages of Salmi and al- Mudheeh and others southeast of Hail including Wahibiya, Ashbriyat and Al Ballaziyah.
