Algerian Minister of Justice Tayeb Louh broke into a fit of laughter while responding to MP questions during a parliament session this week.

A video of Louh at the session, which was broadcasted live by some local television channels, showed the minister reading from a paper in front of him when he suddenly paused and began to laugh, triggering everyone to laugh across the hall.

Louh tried to get himself together and apologized to the speaker and the MPs as he couldn’t control his laughter. The clip that went viral did not show exactly what the minister was laughing about, but it was clear he was unable to complete his sentence!
