New Delhi’s charity bird hospital is known for free treatment of injured and sick birds. The hospital is popular among bird lovers in Delhi and neighboring states.

The hospital often receives sick and injured birds who are then given medicine and a nutritious diet. The birds are set free once a week after the treatment. The hospital takes in 60 birds a day and also treats animals such as rabbit.

Sagar, student, said one of his uncles used to keep pigeons. “We need more such hospitals. Only those who are aware of this facility can avail it,” he said.
