Dubai Ruler Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid surprised volunteers on Tuesday as they were handing out meals to drivers just before iftar time at sunset, during which Muslims observing the holy month of Ramadan break their fast.
The volunteers hand out meals on roads and traffic intersections in an effort to reduce traffic during rush hour just before iftar, according to Gulf News.
