Saudi Arabia’s embassy in Tanzania are finalizing arrangements to airlift conjoined Siamese twins to Riyadh as part of a royal decree issued to separate and treat them at the expense of the state.
This comes after the embassy are finalizing preparations to airlift them to Saudi Arabia from Muhumbili National Hospital in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
“The Tanzanian side welcomed this generous humanitarian gesture from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, stressing that the humanitarian initiatives have long been adopted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,” a statement on Saudi Press Agency read.
