Bannon’s revenge on the Trump family

After President Trump won the presidency in a miraculous way, he rewarded his special adviser Steven Bannon by appointing him White House chief strategist, despite strong opposition. Bannon is an extremist and a racist. It’s hard for someone like him to be a decision maker in America, which is the leader of the free world and human rights watchdog.

Trump did not listen to his advisers or the public opinion over his appointment of Bannon. However, he was forced to dismiss him after seven months because Bannon had become a liability for Trump and his team.

Bannon’s provocative statements regarding many segments of the American people would have obviously caused concern for Trump, especially as the President himself faced a war with the media. Bannon left the White House on good terms with his friend Trump, but their compromise did not last long.

After his removal, Bannon did not express his resentment and refrained from criticizing his former boss. Until one day he said that he had doubts whether Trump would carry on and continue after his first term. Even then, few knew there were burning embers under the ashes of Bannon.

I think that Bannon still believes that Trump’s close family members were the reason for his expulsion, namely his daughter Ivanka, her husband Jared Kushner, and Trump’s eldest son Donald Trump Jr. There were leaks that this family did not want a stranger among them.

Fire and Fury

Eventually, Bannon divulged many secrets to journalist Michael Wolff and the latter published these facts in his recent book Fire and Fury. The book talks about how Trump Jr. had met a few Russians at his father's famous tower in New York City in order to plan the overthrow of Hillary Clinton!

Bannon also predicted that the son of Trump would be called for interrogation, because what he had done amounted to treason. Bannon talked very harshly about Trump Jr. and it goes without saying that no one would be happy with him in the family. Bannon was Trump’s adviser and also his friend.

After these segments of the book were leaked, Trump was furious at his friend. The book became the talk of the American media, both in news outlets and talk shows, which made the publishing house push the release date by four days.

In a rush of emotions, Trump made a big mistake by announcing that he will try to prevent the publication of the book, which ironically contributed to its popularity. The book sold out very quickly because the allegations in the book are potentially dangerous for the Trump presidency.
