Palestinians in the West Bank celebrated what they say was a victory by Palestinians in Gaza over Israel, after an open-ended ceasefire mediated by Egypt, was agreed on Tuesday.
The mediation also called for an indefinite halt to hostilities and opening Gaza’s blockade crossings with Israel and Egypt.
