Kim Kardashian was captured on video leaving her hotel in Paris when she momentarily freezes in front of her car, showing signs of distress, and whispers a few words to her body guard before heading back to the hotel.
A few moments later she was seen re-emerging from the hotel but this time with baby North in her hands.
