Watch Google exec leaping from edge of space to earth

Google executive Alan Eustace set several skydiving records over the southern New Mexico desert early Friday after taking a leap from the edge of space.


Wearing a specially designed spacesuit, Eustace hit a top velocity of 1,322 kph, breaking the sound barrier. The fall lasted 4 1/2 minutes.


The jump was part of a project by Paragon Space Development Corp.
