A video posted on YouTube by an ISIS-affiliated account shows what appeared to be two militant members of the terrorist group approaching the Turkish border near the embattled Syrian town of Kobane before Turkish soldiers arrived on the other side of the border fence. Following a brief discussion, the ISIS militants pulled back from the area and waved their hands to the Turkish soldiers.
