Video: U.S. sailors come under ‘hood attack’ in Istanbul

Published: Updated:

Dozens of anti-America Turkish protestors attack three U.S. sailors in a popular tourist hub in Istanbul and attempt to force white sacks on their heads in a move believed to imitate a similar incident from the 2003 invasion of Iraq when U.S. forces captured a group of Turks and forced hoods on their heads.

“We want you to get lost and we are using our right to protest,” the group, reportedly members of the Turkish Youth Union, told the sailors.
