U.S. Ambassador Samantha Power sends video ‘message to the Syrian people’

U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Samantha Power recorded a video message to the Syrian people while she was at the Syrian Donors Pledging Conference in Kuwait on Tuesday.

The video was titled “A message to the Syrian people.”
