Famed U.S. pop star Jennifer Lopez told Al Arabiya in a recent interview of her love for Lebanese fashion designer Zuhair Murad’s creations, in an interview at Morocco’s Mawazine music festival.
Lopez, 45, said that she first discovered Murad’s collections watching TV while jetlagged on a trip in Europe.
“His show really impressed me, and I called him to find out if he would do some stuff for me, and we have a real relationship now,” she said.
Murad’s designs have been spotted on the likes of celebrities including Miley Cyrus, Christina Aguilera, and Cheryl Cole.
In 2001, the “Feel the Light” singer launched her own brand, J.Lo by Jennifer Lopez, selling fragrances, clothing and accessories.
