Melbourne best city, Damascus the worst- Report

Melbourne, Australia once again tops the list of "Best cities to live in", while the Syrian capital, Damascus, ranked last, and is considered the worst city to live in 2015.

The global survey included 140 cities, and was published by a British company. The survey showed a decline in European living standards, due to European countries' participation in war, aggression, not to mention austerity measures.

This ranking clarified that threats to personal security, either due to crime, instability, clashes, or terrorism have a
