A guide to the emergency plan during Hajj

The emergency plan adopted by the General Directorate of Civil Defense to maintain the safety of pilgrims is carried out in Mecca and the holy sites in addition to Medina, where it included precautions and measures to deal with all the risks whether fire or rain and floods, as well as natural, artificial, health and environmental risks.

The implementation of the plan takes place with the participation of more than seventeen thousand six hundred officers and members of the civil defense, and civil staff, backed by more than three thousand eight hundred vehicles deployed in two hundred seventy six centers, including two hundred fifty centers in the holy capital and holy sites, and twenty six seasonal centers that have been recently established.
