The judicial verdict of Al Abdali cell in Kuwait proved that there are six sites that the accused used to meet in and recruit members.
The six sites varied between worship centers and a diplomatic headquarter, as well and councils and farms outside the cities.
Diwaniyyat Al Rmaysiyya was a vital place to recruit members of the cell, as a close relationship was held between them, and in Khorsheed Husseiniya, the accused used to recruit others by putting forward the idea of training on carrying weapons and using them.
Sometimes, the accused held their meetings in the headquarter of the Iranian embassy, and in other times at Al Hussein Mosque, where there were dialogues about storing explosives, weapons and ammunition, and how possible it would be to bring these explosives from Iran to the country.
In Al Abdali farm, the cell members were stationed sometimes according to the judicial ruling, and they also met in Al-Ghadeer camp in Al Mutlaa' region.
