How Saudi plans to transform its judiciary system

In the framework of explaining the National Transformation Program and its details, the Minister of Justice Dr. Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani pointed out that the most important strategic objectives of the Ministry of Justice will be to improve the level of judicial services and institutional excellence, and reduce the flow of disputes and cases to the courts, and upgrade the judiciary's classification in the Kingdom, not to mention introducing it locally and internationally, in addition to improving the performance of notarization, and strengthening real estate security, and activating the role of the judiciary in reconciliation and alternative means for resolving disputes.
