Yemen FM: Talks won’t resume until guarantees, timetables are set

Abdel Malek Al-Mekhlafi, the Yemeni Foreign Minister, the head of the government's negotiating delegation, confirmed that they will not resume the Kuwait consultations before obtaining guarantees and setting a timetable for the consultations.
