State media: Syria's Assad reshuffles government
Syrian President Bashar al-Assad appointed six new cabinet ministers on Thursday, the official SANA news agency reported, in a cabinet reshuffle targeting namely economic portfolios.
Assad replaced the ministers of the economy and external trade, industry, internal trade, higher education, tourism, and appointed a minister without portfolio, the agency said.
