Saudi security authorities are examining a purported video of the self-proclaimed Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) outfit claiming to be showing the shooting of a Danish national by its alleged supporters in Riyadh.

A security source told the Saudi Gazette that the authorities have so far not received any evidence linking the video to the shooting, which is being circulated by some websites.

The Dane was driving away from work at a company on al-Kharj Road area in south Riyadh when he was shot in the shoulder by an unknown assailant.
